Over the past two years on this blog I’ve tried to keep it a secret as to where I am, what post we are stationed at, etc. Early on I wasn’t so careful, so if you dig down deep, you can probably figure it out. And, some of you have figured it out on your own regardless, which makes you a sneaky sleuth!
But after having a discussion with my husband about the pimping out of myself that I’m about to do next, he didn’t see any problem with me disclosing our location. I don’t talk about his unit, I don’t talk about what he does specifically with his job, and shoot — this blog domain isn’t even registered under my real name so should you find that information, you couldn’t make a correlation! With that said, we agreed that by stating where I was, I was in no way breaking any sort of OPSEC rules (and let’s face it … lots of military people out there in bloggy land talk about their specific post, so I definitely wouldn’t be the first).
With that said, I am really trying to grow my photography business, and am actively searching for new clients to fill my time. So, if any of you out there are from the Fort Bragg area (ta da!) or surrounding areas, and are in need of baby photos, maternity photos, couple shoots, a wedding photographer, ANYTHING … please visit my website
This is something that started off as hobby but is growing into a passion. I have had some great opportunities the past few months to do some great shoots with great people, and I would like to continue doing so.
So, go here, and you know …. hire me
Because that would be rad!

Yeaaaahhhhh! I love it.
Gorgeous work! Were I local and in need of a photographer, I’d definitely keep you in mind.
A couple months ago when you said you were wearing flipflops in December, I remember thinking that I wore flipflops right around the same time you posted that…made me wonder if you were in the area. Good ol’ Fort Bragg. The most beautiful sight will be Fayetteville in my rearview mirror.
Just a few months to go!
If I was going to live anywhere even remotely close to where you are… But yeah, not happening.
aw I lived in Fayettenam for 3 years — I wish I could take you up on the offer but now I’m all over the place
